With the guided sequence of pressure, gliding, sheering, rinsing, one melts the connective tissues and allows the cells to open to receive hydration. Melt method is called Melt because it melts the tensions, stiffness, and restores the flow that triggers the body to rejuvenate and repair.

The hand and feet treatments are so simple to do ponce you have learned them that it is very easy to add them to your routine. The immediate relaxation I feel when I do the hands and feet treatments is just stunning. My routine is to do the feet treatment every evening, and the hand treatment 2 to 3 times a week.
