Learn EFT to deal with your emotions!

Emotional Freedom Technique is one of the best ways to get rid of any negative emotions. It is also amazing in removing ongoing pain that seemed unresponsive to any other treatment. Very often our body sends us messages via pain, signaling that something needs to be dealt with.

I am among those who believe that behind any disease there is an emotion. If you release the emotion the pain goes.

As far as relationships go, you can easily imagine the benefits of knowing EFT. When you tap on any issue before it escalates, you substantially reduce the risk of arguments.

It is also a great tool for children to learn to cope with any type of stress.
